What you can expect
- Responsibility for the implementation of customer projects.
- Coordination and cooperation on project development with the customer.
- Managing the project in all its phases – initialization, planning, execution, reporting, handover, evaluation.
- Assembling and leading the project team, managing project communication, managing available resources.
- Ensuring flawless communication with the customer, analyzing potential risks and preventing them.
- Reporting on the status of project implementation, change management.
- Ensuring project handover and deliverables, control, management of financial resources, costs and revenues.
- Control of schedule and cost adherence.
- Service trips to the customer.

What skills and knowledge you should have
- University degree in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering.
- Min. 4+ years of project management experience ideally in a manufacturing, technology, aerospace/railroad company.
- Knowledge of English min. B2.
- Understanding of project management standards.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-oriented approach for project management.
- Relation to technology, flexible approach, organized, structured personality.
- Fluent in MS Office – Excel, MS Project, or other project management tools as appropriate.
- Group B driver’s license.
